It beats a PC at the same price point. The look is futuristic. This is the best console release in history in terms of price to performance. To build a similarly specced PC would cost nearly 1000 dollars. The SSD is also blazing fast, you can't even read the tips on the loading screen anymore! Sony outdid themselves this time.

Very impressive machine, if you can find one

As with all new consoles there aren't a ton of games currently, but they will certainly come, 2021 looks to have a very impressive line up. In the meantime while you wait the console does have PS4 backwards compatibility, with many games running better on the PS5. If you love video gaming, it is certainly worth picking up--if you can fine one that is.
