We are FIRST time owners of Playstation, my husband and my son ARE in love with it. after trying to catch one online since they first released, it was super hard to get one. but we are very, very happy with this game system. You cannot go wrong with this.

My husband used this ALL DAY. playing games, streaming videos, it’s multi purpose! He goes through controllers like crazy, but it’s the best.

Not much to say except that this console is AMAZING!! I've been waiting for so long and now I have one. I can't believe how much better the graphics are on this gens consoles. If you get one, you won't regret it!

Been waiting over a quarter to get my hands on the console. Decided to go with the Physical edition since a couple of my other friends got it and we could exchange the discs. No complaints so far, works great. Though, I would be interested in a dark edition

Got lucky and ordered one in time. Highly recommend it, it is the next-gen console with a good line up of launch titles. I hope you manage to get one soon. I will say, I do with wish the UI/UX gets fixed because it is not user friendly. But I'm sure it will in time.

Great system.If you have a PS4,this is a must.As of right now,the games aren’t very good.If you can’t get your hands on this,just wait and be patient.The lack of games for it,doesn’t make it a must have system right now.Basically your not missing much at the moment.

Absolutely love my PS5. Don't regret getting the digital console at all either. My buddy got the standard and said even if you get the game in store you have to download updates so the digital version at least already downloads the latest edition.

I love the backwards compatibility, sold my PS4 but I can still play my physical game collection on the PS5. 4K 120fps looks amazing. If you want to take full advantage of the console make sure your tv supports HDMI 2.1 to get the full experience!

Definitely the console to have at this moment. A bunch of fun exclusives that will keep you busy for a while. Controller re-design is amazing and fits in the hands much better than the ps4 controllers do. Must have if you can get your hands on one.

You know what you are getting with this. It does offer really good support for PS4 games, and the controller is very sturdy and well built. If you like the games from last gen, then you know what to look forward to in the upcoming months.

Awesome console, just had to fight multiple gladiators to actually get it. If Sony would actually step up production to reflect the demand, I’d give it a solid 5 stars..

Not really impressed. Not a fan of the gimmicky controller, it hurts my hands after a while. The release exclusives were remakes and disappointing. The graphics look subpar compared to the Series X. I hate the look and size of it. I could not fit it in my entertainment console. I just get more value from Game Pass and Series X.

Enjoyed it very much been worth all the money that I paid for it suffers been working great no problems with any of it controllers feedbacks great buyer last really long on the controller too really enjoy it with Device people to get it with they can get on order

Purchased as a gift for my son, he loves everything about it and I love that PS is now making it's systems stylish...no more boring black box.

Sony again has delivered an exceptional gaming system. It is unfortunate they were not able to produce the number of units planned for release, but I assure you it is worth the wait. Only issue encountered in the last 6 weeks is one single freeze during game play.

Was able to make order my PlayStation 5 online when Best Buy did an unannounced restock. Was able to pick up my PlayStation on Christmas Eve, a few days early then posted. Overall the PlayStation 5 has lived up to its expectations and is a great gaming console.

The graphics of the new gen console was amazing but a little pricey for my taste and amazing feel and features of the new controller are just unbeatable

Been a playstation fan for awhile but this has been an awesome experience. I love the free games and the quality of the processor has been an amazing upgrade from the first gen ps4 i have. Great console and i look forward to seeing what games come out.

Best Buy is the only place that I will buy any of my future electronic items from I have the total tech membership and I get discounts on just about everything plus extended warranties on my purchases like my PlayStation 5

High sound quality. The controllers are well made and have a great vibration in relation to the game. One thing that is horrible and you should immediately turn off is the trigger vibration feedback if you're playing an FPS such as COD.
