I bought this PlayStation 5 for my daughter and she loves it. She had a PlayStation 4 and says the new console is significantly better. We are extremely pleased with this purchase.

Such an amazing console! Love the fact that the console boots up from being completely turned off in a matter of seconds. Games load within 10 seconds or so. Only problem is that it died after 8 months of use! Starts to turn on then turns off after a second or two. Currently shipping my console to sony for repairs but so disheartening!

It’s a PlayStation 5, what else really needs to be said. I will say it’s cool there’s a digital version for those who don’t care for physical copies of games.

It's a great system. I like the improvements it provides to older games. With that I haven't experienced any problems to my controllers but I'm aware it's going to happen.

Finally after trying for months on end I got one! I didn’t get a PS4 but my kid has had one ever since they came out, but I figured what the heck I’ll treat myself. So far my only major complaint is that it doesn’t have a audio auxiliary port which is huge downside for me because I can’t connect it with my surround sound. The only other complaint is that it’s been a little difficult to navigate the menu but I’m getting the hang of it.

While there aren't too many new games for it, paired with my 4K UHD 65" LG TV, this thing is a beast! playing CoD, Overwatch, Fall Guys, and a few other games is so much fun.

Buy the disc version if you can afford it. Plays the best games and best catalog. Subscribe for free monthly games.

One of the lucky people that got a PS5, Ps5 digital is way better than disc version when it comes for travel, Recommended for gamers that love to travel

Pretty sweet once you can get a hold of one. The adaptive triggers are nice. I used to hotstock app to get notifications on when they were in stock

An amazing experience from the second you open the box, Games look great. All around great console just a couple of UI changes from Ps4 that drive me crazy all in all 9.5/10 console

Amazing system! The control features are amazing with ps5 games. The free down load that comes with the system takes full advantage of the control features!!

What else can you say about the newest console. Always out of stock but definitely a nice upgrade from a ps4, not that many games yet for the system but it’s the first year.

This was just what I wanted. I think many of the issues have been resolved with software updates. It looks great and works as expected. Thank You Best Buy for having this available.

Dang near impossible to find if you're trying to go about it the legitimate way. I was lucky enough to finally purchase one and i couldn't be happier.

It's huge and the sony interface needs work. Other than that, it's like any other system.

Worked perfectly fine no issues with it at all, Best Buy employees where nice when picking up very good experience had no issues at all! Will keep supporting bestbuy.

I was lucky enough to get an open box, it works perfectly no flaws so if you’re looking for one even if you want new and come across an open box I would snag it up.

After many tries, I finally got through manually!!! Wooo. Don’t be discouraged when you aren’t able to buy. Your day will come. Be patient and never give up

Love it, and Best Buy for me to have for a personal birthday gift, now I will always check here first and will be seeking the digital edition as well.... hope I can get it from here

Love it. No issues. The controller does die kind of fast though. They don't have the web browser is probably the biggest disappointment.
