If you have an Xbox One X this will not feel like a step up, in the graphics department, or even the next gen features. My 10 year old really like it for Fortnite and Overwatch so it is just fine.

If you are a casual gamer and are okay with lower resolution and some of the bells and whistles turned off, this is a great console. Do be cognizant of the fact that only 364gb are available to use out of the 512gb and it does NOT have a disc drive.

Load times are far better. Backwards compatibility is a great feature. Quick resume is fantastic. Doesn’t make a lot of noise. Sometimes forget it’s there.
