Overkill for gaming

My testing shows that it reads 7000M/s and is ultra fast for gaming. Actually it is an overkill for gaming. You may save some money by going 980 or 970. But this product is amazing.

Very happy with purchase. I did a clean windows install and I'am very happy with this hard drive.

Great for Linux Duel Booting

My boot time even with fast mode disabled in Bios is nearly instant, i have yet to experience any loading time that isnt held back by connection. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to build a new PC.

Elite NVME performance

Prices have dropped and can be had at a reasonable amount lately. Easy installation, you can use the Samsung Magician software if you choose but otherwise not necessary. Installation is a breeze.

Samsung 980 Pro 1TB

Yes, do i wish it was larger capacity, yes. Would i buy this again, probably. I honestly shouldve waited for a 2Tb but woe is me, and such is life. Its fast i replaced my two ssds 250 & 500 and made this my boot drive as well.
