The dual band eero was easy to set-up and gave me a strong signal throughout my home. Unfortunately, some older products that rely on a discrete 2.4 band will not connect to the eero. I had to replace my Rachio sprinkler controller with a newer model to connect to the eero. Also, my Guardian water valve will not connect at all. The issue, as one tech person explained it to me, is the dual bands of the euro are not discrete and some older products do not have software that will recognize the 2.4 band.

We were having issues with our internet connectivity in rooms that were at a distance from the office where our internet modem is connected. Thank you to the Salesperson at Best Buy who recommended this product after understanding the issues we had. We've been having great internet speed in every room ever since we had this system installed.

Excellent networking device! I had issues setting this up and it took several attempts, but I did get it working. I called their tech support to get help and the person was professional, personable and solved the issue quickly. It works great and extended my home network to "dead" areas that range extenders didn't. High speed and great connectivity.

absolutely fantastic piece of technology. Even though our modem is old, the internet speeds these little guys put out rivals even fiber optics at times.

Was replacing an old two-router system because the second router was dead. Spoke with a sales associate who told me a mesh network system was the way to go, since one router wasn't covering our home adequately. Sound complicated but turned out to be easy. Had it all set up in about 30-40 minutes and it works flawlessly with Frontier wireless. Thanks Best Buy for having knowledgeable associates!

This, to me, is a new way of doing wi-fi. The set-up was easy, guided by an easily downloadable app. The wi-fi connectivity is excellent. There are no wires and cable to connect the units to one another spaced around your house, only one Ethernet cable to connect to your modem, and a cord to plug into an electrical outlet. If I, a non-tech person, can understand and do this, you can, too!

Perfect! We have a two story 4000 sq ft home. 6 bedrooms. About 25-30 devices in the home normally active at the same time. We were using a Netgear Nighthawk A7000 router with an extender. For years no issues. Now, in 2021 with work from home options, kids home due to Covid taking online classes, Netflix, PS5 gaming, Apple watches, Ring systems....let’s just say my router just couldn’t do it anymore and we kept experiencing drop offs, having to reset the router more often as of late. We walked in to the store looking to purchase another, more powerful router. So thing like an ASUS or LINKSYS. A huge thanks to Fernanda in our Eastvale store. She was very informative and helpful. Told us about the EERO. For about the same price, we received soooooo much more. With 3 hubs, we placed one upstairs connected with the modem, another upstairs in the bedroom we considered the center of the home, the third downstairs in the office furthest away from the modem. We have Spectrum internet (offers faster internet speeds compared to AT and T). We pay for the 500 mpbs package but never came close with the Netgear router. Now with the EERO, we hit 420-450 mpbs easy in all areas of the house. Went with the EERO 6 instead of the 5 due to not wanting to upgrade in the future. $50 difference but I’m assuming worth the extra cash. We were contemplating the EERO Pro but didn’t feel we needed that much power. Highly recommend this product. Hope this helps.
