Plug and play but no voice monitor or app. Very basic entry mic compatible with lots of arms. Sound carries my voice full bodied. Bought a clown nose for it but may not be necessary. Solid for streaming USB C to A go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

i recently decided to build a new pc after my awful gaming laptop reached the end of its days, and needed a mic because my headset mic needed an adapter. i went to best buy because i needed to buy one before i went out of town and i was deciding between this one and the razer siren mini. i ultimately decided on this great hyperx mic that works well with anything you might want to use it for. discord, xbox game bar, obs, you name it. i definitely recommend you use nvidia broadcast though. overall, this mic is the perfect starter mic and a great mic in general

Easy to setup and does a good job picking up my voice without sounding tinny. I like the convenience of the mute button on top of the mic.

Plug it in and i just works fine and seems like a good deal for the price, and far superior to a similarly priced turkey I got (and returned) at Staples. Though it did take two employees about fifteen minutes to find it in the store: seems microphones are variously considered business, gaming, music, and podcasting, and are scattered throughout the store. So if you can't find it on the shelves, be sure to ask.

Never again am I going back to to headset microphones or gaming headphones… this makes your voice clear and perfect, especially on discord. My friends and new people I talk too who have yet to experience a good mic call say Mr. high definition because of clear and real my voice sounds… I’m sitting like 3-4 feet away from my mic on my desk and it sounds like if I’m right next to it…

Son wanted a basic microphone for online gaming purposes. Best Buy matched the price of a local retailer, as I prefer to buy at Best Buy. Microphone has worked well our purposes. I didn't need the 'upgrade' microphone features like LED lighting and Stereo recording. Great purchase!
