I ended up running it from the router in my bedroom to my PC in my living room and now I can actually download and play online without waiting for a day or rubber banding everywhere. 100' for $20 isn't a bad price at all.

I had heard the best was CAT 5 but the worst was CAT 7 so I guess this is the middlest?? I figured the only reason it doesn't connect is simply because my ISP is not the best. Other than that it has sturdy construction and the length provides versatility if I ever needed to move my modem elsewhere. Good product
