Love the way it feels in the hand, very easy to use with your thumb on the ball. I need to replace mine as the covering on the scroll has been worn away. This will be the 4th one I've bought.

Took some getting used to using the forward and back buttons being right next to the left click key. Would like to see better grips for the feet since I tend to have it slide across my desk while using it.

I had an older version and this updated version is even better. The only thing you have to do is remove the ball once in a while and clean the debris from it.

I had it so bad I had both wrist braces on full time. Changing to this + the Microsoft Natural keyboard was a lifesaver. If you've never used a trackball, it will take several days to get used to, but once you do, you will never go back! The last model of this I had for so long that it stopped work even after tearing it apart, cleaning & adjusting it. This new model has a perfect fit to my hand and the 5 buttons (yes even the roller wheel can be clicked) can be mapped to do anything!

I've used them for a long time. In fact, I went through a couple of them. I had to give them up though because as my age was catching up and the arthritis in my thumb became more painful. I dealt with it for awhile. I didn't want to give up my mouse. But when it dawned on me, that might be aggravating my problem ... I had to give it up. But these are great! I loved my mouse staying in one place ...
