Now, I love it and it is super comfortable. I have always used the standard mouse, after using the Trackball Mouse I won't ever go back. I would purchase again.

I use it on a computer that doesn't get a lot of use. After a few min I am not able to move the mouse and when it moves it jumps. I have played with settings, new battery, blow out optic and cleaned the ball. I have also remove the usb, shut it down and reconnect. I have shut the computer down to reboot. SAME THING. I also own 2 of the M570 all with the same problem on a seperate computer. I emailed tech support and they said they don't have issues with this. I guess they don't read customer reviews. I wish they made this with a cable.

Ball starts "hanging up" or feeling like its moving through mud or something. The sensors probably could use a bit of cleaning, but you cannot take the ball out to reach the sensors. Older wired trackballs have this functionality.

The M575's trackball does come out of the mouse but it does take some effort due to the magnets in the mouse to hold the ball in. Being a teacher that is always using the computer , this is so much easier to use than a traditional mouse. Love the universal Logitech BT connection.
