Didn’t really want ice in the door initially but now wish it had it. Everyone has to touch the ice to get it out of the freezer. I like having the middle platter drawer because there isn’t another place to store cheeses, lunch meat, etc., however, it is a little inconvenient having to open both doors to get to it. Overall, a 4 rating is pretty generous. Wish I had done more research before buying this model.

Love the spaciousness and simplicity of this refrigerator. Not happy with the left side door and how it doesn’t stay open or how hard it shuts.

Huge inside, well lit. Water dispense a little slow but that's the only complaint. Ice maker works well. No water pooling or leaks anywhere. Clean design.

What a beautiful refrigerator and it has so much space. Love the ice in the bottom which leaves space on the doors. Freezer on the bottom makes so much more sence.

I must say the experience was a pleasant surprise. The drivers/installation technicians had to disassemble my large LG refrigerator to get in the front door and then through the living room into the dining room through my second entrance to my kitchen. They did it without a hitch. They were very kind and patient. The LG refrigerator has been working without any issues which is the best news.

I recently purchased a LG refrigerator, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. This refrigerator has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and features. Firstly, it offers ample storage space with well-organized shelves and compartments, making it easy to keep everything organized. The adjustable shelves and drawers allow for flexibility in storing items of various sizes.

Delivery from Best Buy went exceptionally smooth. Organization within the fridge is better than expected. The side baskets hold all the condiments making the shelves able to hold everything else. The ice maker makes cubes quickly. They are a bit smaller but that eliminates spacing between the cubes so they don't melt in the glass as fast, resulting with less dilution to whatevwr you drink.

Beautiful large refrigerator! I am so pleased! Cool water on the outside & ice in the freezer leaving more room in the door. This is my first LG appliance & I hope it lives up to the great reviews I have read.Delivery was right on time & they kept me updated, Delivery guys were awesome & make quick work of taking out my old frig & quickly setting up the new one. Very pleased so far!

Lots of room for refrigerated and frozen items! Since door has only a water dispenser and not ice (ice maker is in freezer), no room on door was lost to an ice maker. Doors can hold 4 gallons of milk! Drawers for fruits and vegetables have a large capacity as does the third drawer which spans the width of the frig. This seems to be a sturdy, well designed product. Love it so far!

Wonderful capacity for a refrigerator! Really like the ice maker and layout of the upper section. French doors are a space saver.

Only had a couple of weeks, but so far so good. Main positive... it's HUGE inside. Definitely great use of space. Water dispenser is strong too.

love our new fridge!! I had trouble finding one that would fit in our space since most fridges are over 69 inches high but this one is just under 69 inches and it fits perfectly. There's so much room and the water and ice dispenser work great. I've always bought LG products and I will continue to!

Fantastic refrigerator. So much room to store food in both the refrigerator portion as well as in the freezer. Dimensions were the same as our old side by side but this holds so much more food. Very large drawer in the refrigerator portion for meats/ cheeses etc. Very happy so far with this refrigerator and love the no print finish

The refrigerator and freezer spaces are amazing! Unfortunately the left door (water dispenser side) leaks a small puddle on the inside. Only one person uses this dispenser, and less than 4 times a day. The repair techs came out and thought they had it fixed, but it began leaking within an hour. The left exterior of the refrigerator was damaged upon delivery, so it will be replaced. I’m hoping that the new one doesn’t leak.

The new refrigerator is working great. Water dispenser is good and the ice maker keeps up with our needs. Stainless Steel finish on the unit is easy to clean. Overall the installation went very quickly. Install team was great too.

Sleek design, plenty of storage, water dispenser works brilliantly without the drip pan that can cause bacteria to grow.

Love this refrigerator. It is spacious, plenty of room for food and leftovers. The two doors can accommodate condiments and large containers and bottles. It is well lit. The freezer is large and having the ice maker in the freezer is a plus. It makes great ice cubes. Great buy, you won’t be disappointed.
