Q: In one of the reviews, a customer said the dispenser was not dispensing cold water. Has anyone else had that issue where the water dispenser is not chilling the water? Also, in what country is this model manufactured?

A: The water is cool but never really as cold as the interior of the refrigerator. It is cooled by passing through a set of coils in the door of the refrigerator. These have a limited capacity, so if one draws too much water from the dispenser (about 1/2 gal, I think) it will no longer even be cool. It has, however, passed through the refrigerator's filter.
