    Fine dryer but INCREDIBLY annoying chime when dryer finishes and no, you cannot turn it off! It goes on for a full 30 seconds. What we’re they thinking?

    Repairs cost as much as a brand new dryer

    DO NOT BUY. Paid full price, nearly $600 with installation kit, etc and did not even last 15 months. Died as soon as the warranty was up and costs as much to repair as a brand new open box buy. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

    Terrible. Bought this and 3 years later the dryer took a crap! Also, clothes took forever to dry when the dryerwas working.

    Less than 3 years and the suspension rods are already shot. The parts cost almost as much as the washer. I never overloaded or put heavy stuff in. Smh. Worst purchase ever.

    This is the worst dryer I have ever purchased. Do not purchase without getting an extended warranty. I had my dryer for 17 months and it is no longer powering on. If you are looking for a good dryer this is not it.

    Don't buy this dryer

    Don't buy this dryer. One year and one week after want to inspired in the first year $39 repair. A month later $400 repair. In both cases starter parts followed by motor burnout.

    I ordered this dryer 8/10/2021 11/1/2021 dryer stopped working I am so... unhappy with this product, I also have a washing machine that stopped working 2 weeks after purchase
