Incomplete product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product seems like it's fine other than the joystick issues a few others mentioned. The biggest problem (and the reason it's getting one star from me) is that it doesn't include a power brick. I'm sorry that I don't want to only charge my controllers when my PS5 is offline. If this wasn't a christmas present I would have returned it for a complete product. Step up your game bestbuy/insignia.

I hate it
