On Thanksgiving 2025 I discovered the oven door glass was cracked. The product warranty is for 1 year... Samsung is garbage when it comes to appliances. This was supposed to be an upgrade from a 15 year old Frigidaire; I never needed to replace anything on that. I have Samsung refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher, washer and dryer. I've had to personally repair the washer, dryer, and now the oven/range. The refrigerator (Beskope) also is acting up with the aito fill pitcher. These are beautiful units, but do your self a favor and do not purchase Samsung unless you want to replace parts within 2-3 years.

The only problem I have had is that one time one of the burners were on even when the dial was off. I haven't had any issues since that one time.

Also there are spots I can't remove after the first time of using each burner. I don't know what they are there. I've tried a cook top cleaner but that didn't get rid of them.

Oven stays hot for a long time. As in all ranges of this type, the surface is a slight pain to keep clean. Crisper tray for air fry is not included. For the cost of the range one should be provided. Cheap decision not to.
