Q: Can someone please tell me what the Bread Proof setting does? There is nothing in the manual on it.
A: Samsung's reply is very telling. They keep designing equipment that thinks for you, badly. However, not all breads rise optimally at the same temp. And sometimes you want to warm your good china but 175 is too hot. And sometimes you want to dry fruit at 140. And sometimes I want to make yogurt at 120. The massive temp gap between the 95 of proof and 175 of plate warmer makes these functions so much less useful. It's an electric oven. It's so simple for it to be infinitely adjustable. Stop forcing cooks into cages and just make good equipment. Also, the number of repairs on this thing is in double digits.
Q: Are the numbers around the knobs easy to read?
A: the numbers blend into the control board and are difficult to see unless you have a direct bright light shining on it.
A: I measured the outside and the drawer measures 5 inches but the inside depth is only 4 inches at the most. I know when we brought it home I had lots stored in my old stove’s drawer and I had to do a lot of rethinking and reworking. Because this one was not as deep. But I like the stove very much and I’m happy with it.

Love air fryer option, sad you can’t use castiron
Really love the idea of having a glass top and an air fryer oven! Unfortunately cannot use cast iron on glass top so will be returning or exchanging. Also found it a little bit difficult to clean the glass top. Never really looked clean after the first two weeks.

Amazing
I have had my range for about a year and eight months, I I love it. I love the air fryer. It looks as nice as the day I bought it. Ranges that I have had previously were hard to keep the top looking new. But I’ve noticed with this one everything wipes off easy.

I like the features on my range....I wish it would have come with a manual instead of having to download instructions.....Also.... I can not seem to clean the glass top to have it look new...
