The only somewhat negative would be that when the ice is done and is dumped, it is still a little wet so when you put the ice in the freezer (Even as soon as it dumps) it freezes together. This is the first ice maker we've purchased so we aren't sure if this is just something normal or not. Either way, we love this little thing and use it constantly.

Ice is made super fast. Perfect for additional ice or a solution to a broken refrigerator ice maker. Yes, it’s ice baby, ice!

It’s not loud but if you have it in your kitchen or near a room, you’ll hear it quite often. It’s nice to have incase fridge ice stops working. Love the pellet shapes of the ice.

I have a small freezer and needed to open more space for other items. The ice maker is so easy to operate and in minutes it produces the first batch. I make several batches and freeze them in a zip lock bag. It has certainly made my life easier!! I usually do not write up reviews on my purchases but this item is well worth it's cost.
