Second one we have purchased first one died but it ran most of the day and sometimes over night. We got this one under warranty and its a great price point for what it does

It works makes ice in about 10 minutes after the second batch the red light comes on which means it needs more water, you have to remove the isr basket and put it back in and it will start making ice again.

We depend on ice in our household and as long as you keep this thing filled with water you will always have ice. It cranks it out pretty quick. The door isn't insulated so it can melt pretty easily but then it will continue to make more. I wished it had more hold capacity, but overall it is solid.

This ice maker is a great idea for a kitchen accessory.. it saves you time and money on getting messy bags of ice. Not to mention you never really know how long the bags sit in those freezers at thebstores..

The machine is relatively fast making ice. The ice is chewable. If you like more solid ice put the ice in the fridge for a bit.

Works well, makes ice pretty fast and lasts a long time.

very good for a small gathering i like the fact it does not take long before you got some ice also the fact you have.the option of different cube size. my husband really likes it so we are happy with the purchase and we just know that we'll enjoy it for a long time

This thing makes perfect little round pieces of ice quickly! It has 2 different setting for 2 different sizes of ice pieces. Theyre shaped kind of like bells. I absolutely love it and had previously bought my mom one as a mothers day gift but in the silver color.

My freezer doesn’t have an ice maker, so this was a need for us. It’s sleek and does the job. Minor con, you will need to sue bottled water, but I’m ok with that.

Amazing ice maker! My children love this to add ice to all thier drinks and we don't need bags of ice taking up freezer space!!!

This portable ice machine works great. I filled 5 gallon ziplock bags full of ice in preparation for a party. It's pretty handy. I have 1 on my travel trailer and bought this one for home. My 2 adult kids want their own now, lol. I'm planning to purchase 2 more but will look for a unit with the self cleaning option/function which this unit does not have for my adult kids. I don't need the function as I don't use regulary. I got mine on a deal of a day and used some of my rewards and only paid $20 so it was a steal for me.

This was a perfect replacement for our broken ice maker in our fridge. Makes ice in about 5-6 mins, and keeps going until the tray fills up. Then I load the ice into the ice dispenser in the fridge, and we all get on with our lives. I am so happy with this machine.

Bought this @ $50 based on all the great reviews. I will update the review after using a while, if any problems. So far so good!

Can not be beaten this little ice machine is amazing it does produce large amount of ice enough for a small party, ice cube size is perfect large or small depends what desired

Sent one in for a repair because the 1st came damaged. The new works like a champ and nice and quiet.

Everyone in our family uses ice all day in our water bottles. Our fridge could not keep up. This little machine is just what we needed. We actually emptied the tray into our fridge ice cube bin to have more ready to roll when needed. It also makes the perfect sized ice nuggets for mixed drinks.

Love, love, love… this machine. I love ice and this machine makes it accesible all the time and when it’s all gone your wait time for more is very short.

Stylish and effective. The Insignia ice maker works well. We had an in-freezer ice maker that broke and this was an effective replacement. It creates enough ice for one drink in about ten minutes and we store its ice cubes in our freezer as needed.

Ice machine works very well lasted more than a year of continual use. It particularly worked 24 hours a day. Give you the option of large or small ice totally worth it

So im normally a fan of the “sonic” ice cube style but this one… when the cubes are only about an hour after making.. are soft to bite, but crunchy? and almost slush in your mouth as you chew them. Ikyyk! And the only downside i see is having to refill the water constantly because its a small tank. You can either leave them to melt in the basket and cycle through again but i think its intended for them to be made and frozen in a freezer lol READ YOUR MANUALS THOUGH PEOPLE!
