We love this ice maker, wish I would have bought 2 of them. Would have made a great Christmas gift.

best decision ever!!! my ice maker been broken for a year & so i gave this a chance. opened it today, cleaned it & put some maybe 4 cups of water. then BAM!!! it starts making ice in less than 10 mikes...

We have hard water, so we have to use a salt softener. Ice plumbed through the frig is too salty. I bought this because I got tired of buying ice at the store. It is OK. It makes a small amount of ice really fast, I'd say 10 or 15 min, but it also melts really fast. You have to gather it up quick and put it in the freezer. Kind of inconvenient. I sometimes let it fill the basket, but it has melted out a lot, so the cubes are smaller and wet, which makes them stick together in the freezer. Not sure it was that good an investment.

This thing works great and does it quickly. No issues. Just make sure to cycle out the water regularly or the ice will taste stale or absorb tastes and smells from the environment.

Bought this when ice maker on my 12 yr old fridge broke. Cheaper than having fridge repaired. Been using it daily non-stop for two years without issue.

I had one of these and bought my daughter one for Christmas. We love it. Easy to use.

I should have gotten it sooner. Got it on the 4th of July. Hooked it all up. Had ice in less then 10 minutes.

Excellent ice maker. I have had no problem with it. It makes both sizes.

Makes ice cubes fast and perfect. Within an hour have a full bag of ice.

I use this all the time. It does heat up the kitchen and it is noisy, but I love it. I don't have a connection to my fridge and this has so much Ice that me and my roommate can't even use the amount of ice it puts out.

Works great! Nice size ice, you do have to use it or transfer it to your freezer or ice chest. It will melt and recycle the water if you leave it in too long.

Works great to help supplement our ice produced by refrigerator . Have been using for over a year and no issues

You need to buy this because you don’t have to buy ice and a waste of money to buy ice

This is my second ice machine. We love it and use it everyday, even take it in the RV.

Love this machine. The ice taste great and I can start and stop it whenever I like. No more buying cups of ice from the convenient stores, I have all the ice I need in the comfort of my home.

Really good machine. Took some time to get used to the ice drop noise when it’s otherwise quiet…. Works quickly and the ice is solid , keeps drink cold not watered down too fast.

I'm really happy with this purchase. My refrigerator does not have an ice maker so I thought I would give this a shot and I'm glad I did. I was surprised by how fast it made the ice. I haven't had any issues with it yet.

Nothing wrong with the product but it would be nice if thefe was a spot to hang the scoop outside the ice box as it takes up room in there and there is already not much room in there as it is. I plan to return this and buy one with more ice storage
