Excellent ice machine. Would recommend if you enjoy ice

This is a good little ice maker. I wasn’t anticipating that it would put out as much ice as it does but I am very happy with it and would buy it again if needed. Well worth the price.

Daughter took it to her college. It works great by making delicious crunchy ice!

We have bought two of these and the second one just died. Each one lasted around 1-1.5 years. On the plus side, it makes great soft ice that's easy to chew! The negative is the short life span and the ice it makes eventually melts in the holding basket since it's not cold enough to keep the ice frozen. This makes sense because the water it uses to make ice is below the ice basket. If it was cold enough to keep the ice frozen, then the water in the holding tank would freeze, too. If you're ok with these limitations and are willing to replace it every year, then it's worth it for the great, soft ice. But I'd recommend finding one more reliable, which is what we're going to do for our next one.

Great product. 1 hour and 40 minutes for a full tray of ice. Cleaning it isn't half bad either.

Makes great ice! I use it all tbe time. I usually run it overnight.

So far it has worked very well. The Ice cubes could be a little bigger. It doesn't take long for it starts making ice. I have only had it for about 2 months.

Excellent product for my needs. I like the efficiency and quickness. About a year ago I purchased an ice make online and it only lasted about a year...when I contacted tech support they sent me a shoddy video of how puching the buttons simultaneously would reset it. It was a bust and I was super upset and felt cheated.

This little ice machine continually makes ice. Probably faster than an ice maker in your fridge. The only downside is that the ice melts a little too fast because of the hollow shape.

Makes great ice. A little noisy but I would not expect an ultra quiet machine at this price point. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase from Best Buy.

We got some great use at home and at a beach rental as well. We picked up some ice bags and able to prepare enough ice for the cooler each day in addition to keep our drinks nice and cold.

Makes ice every 6 minutes. Soft ice. Keeps up with our family of 10. It makes ice so quickly that you have to refill the water several times a day. Overall, glad I purchased.
