It works good @ producing big or little bullet ice! But the light for needs water doesn’t light up on mine

I purchased one of these last year, however, it only lasted 7 months, then it broke. I did not buy the insurance which I regret. Overall this product is very, very good; although I thought it would have made it to 1 year of use. Overall the product was so good and practical that I purchased this one, with the insurance.

Take it out of the box clean the interior, add water, and plug it in and wait a few minutes. And ice will Appear

I’ve been using for about 2 weeks and so far it is working very well.

This is my most favorite ice machine out of the many I have. Couldn't have asked for a better price or better deal at that.

Love it!! This is perfect for the counter! I will let it run during the day on the weekend when I am home so I can empty the ice tray every couple hours....I place the ice in a huge freezer bag and we have ice for the week!! It is extremely powerful for being so small!! The only downside is that the ice tray is rather small....But seriously, we love it! I suggest using filtered water...the ice cubes come out crystal clear and if you’re an ice eater like I am....you’ll find it’s amazing!!

Good ice maker for a small family. We try to get five one gallon bags stored for general use. After a few days just restart the machine to resupply your stock. We don’t like regular freezer ice due to smells and taste that ice picks up from the refrigerator/freezer itself. Perfect to take camping. Don’t expect a large ice basket full of ice because one basket dumped fills about 1/3 of a gallon freezer bag. You wouldn’t want this for a crowd unless you start making it a few days ahead of time. Perfect for us!!

Works great and price is reasonable. I haven’t had any issues with it. This is perfect for personal use, but don’t expect it to make a ton of ice for a group of people.
