Does its job well, just need to remember to empty as it fills up into a proper receptacle so it doesn’t just melt and keep remaking the same ice…

We use it once a week and it works perfectly. It doesn't keep the ice from melting after it's made so you have to remember to empty the ice into your freezer ice bucket every once in a while. Since the ice is wet when you place it in the bucket, it will stick together but we've found that banging the ice with the scooper works fine to separate them.
