This was a birthday gift for my daughter but was apparently a returned Christmas gift with tape and wrap still attached including someone’s name. Not the special feeling I es trying to send.

Perfect Ice Maker, Great Size

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this ice maker, I got it when my refrigerator ice maker stopped working and it has honestly been a perfect temporary replacement, but now even though it's fixed, I still find myself using it! The only negative I have is that it is a little bit load so maybe put it somewhere far from the living room and make sure you give it a couple of inches of spacing from the fan side like the manual says.

This unit forms small or large cubes but does not have freezer storage so the cubes must be transferred to freezer or they will melt. Downfall is that you have to be around the unit to run it. If you start and leave, the 1st batch of ice cubes will melt back into the water storage and then new cubes will be formed, these only to melt.

This will make a good amount of ice but it takes a long time and the machine does not keep the ice frozen so you have to put the ice in the freezer.
