This is my second portable ice maker and I love it

Perfect the camper!!! The ice freezes and breaks apart easily

This review is for Best Buy Colma branch customer service rep and manager this includes the the 800 number they ask me to call as we'll. This ice maker was returned for warranty exchange when it stopped working after about two years of usage.The person at the customer service counter did the exchange took the broken product and placed an order for replacement to arrive within a couple weeks and I also added $19.99 for additional 4 years of warranty. Around two weeks while waiting for the product to arrive I noticed a refund of $19.99 from Best Buy to my bank, I went back to Best Buy Colma to inquire and found the same customer rep person that helped me the first time I returned the product and he even acknowledged to remembered everything. The customer rep with the help of his manager claims, I don’t know how but apparently another customer (based on customer id number) have cancelled the replacement product. And then I was told that there is nothing they can do to reverse it then handed me a 800 number to call. I spent hour and hours on the phone talking to someone on the other side of the world doing my best to explain the situation for it is not making sense for both of us while she made multiple attempts to call the store but nothing helps. The receipt that was generated on my Best Buy app shows that they refunded me instead and put refund balance of $98.42 on a card with the last four digits that’s not matching any of my bank, store and or credit cards. I told the customer service that my main goal is just to get the product reordered, but she is unable to do it cause it is already refunded to some unknown card. I was promised that someone will return me a call but after weeks then months waiting for a call or a refund or the product to arrive none of that happened and now I felt like this $98.42 has been stolen and all that precious time invested and all the stress cannot be undone. If you are Best Buy in charge of customer reviews would you please refer this to proper department for investigation so that no one else have share my experience.

very happy that I no longer have to put ice trays in my freezer.

It works well but you have to move the ice aside when it's about half full. Because it thinks it's full early.

"Cube" size could be a bit larger but it works as advertised.
