Nice ice maker, ended up returning it due to red color as did not matched with anything in the kitchen. Returned and ordered different color.

Great so far! No issues as of yet. My parents love it since our refrigerator can't make ice so this is the next best thing! My only issues Is price wise it if it's on sale for 80 or less I would say scoop it up but if your wanting to spend 100 there's better looking ones out there.

This is our third one. The first one worked well for a couple of years and we do use it a lot. The second one, we had some issues with it but was able to keep it going for about a year before it petered out. The one we have now we have had for about a month and it is starting to have the same issue as the last one. We probably will not buy this model again.

Easy to operate and clean. Perfect for a hot summer day.

nice little machine that makes soft ice quickly. the ice doesnt last very long because it's not very dense. but it makes a ton in a short period of time and easy to crunch.

I like this ice maker and am happy with my purchase. The only drawback I have noticed is that since the ice cubes are wet, they will stick together if you put them in an ice bin in the freezer. Other than that, it does what I need.

Everything is great with this except.....my add water light does not come on when the water is empty. And i believ the lights for the size cubes is backwards. Other than that i have no complaints. Great little machine for what i needed!

It's a specialty item. Nothing close to a regular refrigerator ice system. But, if you just want or need a few glasses of ice it's great. My main purpose was just that. It's noisy to me..as are most ice makers, but this one is loud. I still like it though.

I loved it! Great for a large family and daily use.

My refrigerator has a built in icemaker, however it has a mind of its own and tends not to work when I need it most. I purchased this as a backup and I am so glad I did. We use it daily and fill freezer bags with the ice for storing. If I had a con, it would be that it doesn’t store ice, you have to remove or it will melt.

I enjoyed my visit to your online store. The prices were great, I purchased an ice marker from Best Buy,not only did you have the best price,you also had the color I was looking for. And to top it all off I recieved my package 1 day earlier than I was supposed to.

Noisy, but overall great and worth the money. No weird tastes. I would definitely buy this again, hopefully I won’t have to for a while though!

We love having fresh ice. I make up Large ziplock bags from our reverse osmosis water system so I always have clean ice. It’s just loud during the freezing process. I don’t know if it normal but I moved it out of the bar in the center of the house to the kitchen to block some of the noise

Take quite a bit of time to make ice but product was inexpensive so I expected that may happen. Mainly love the size of the ice and wasn't worried about the time it takes

Ohmygosh. So I bought this because my baby is teething and the ice helps A LOT. You do have to break it down to smaller pieces but it’s soft ice not like the ice you get from a restaurant. There isn’t much difference in the size even though it says small/large.

It is extremely loud, I put it in the basement because I couldn’t tolerate how loud it was in the kitchen. I was going to return it, but for the price I payed I decided I can deal with it in a whole different level of the house. I live in a ranch style house so it’s not big and even then I can hear it clearly from upstairs.

Works like it should. Drops ice about every 6 minutes. We use 2 gallon freezer bags to keep the ice, we don’t use, in the freezer. If you stay on top of it and dump the ice when it needs dumping, you’ll have plenty of ice for small parties.
