Works as advertised. Wish the small bullets were smaller, as in the picture on the box, but a good product.

If your fridge doesn’t have an ice maker this is the way to go. It must be amazing because as of right now I’ve purchased a total of 4 of these. One for myself and one for each of my three children.. Two are the silver color and two are red.

I thought that it made a different kind of cube, but the bullet cubes worked fine after they melted a bit. Great to curb dehydration when you're sick.

Bought this machine to have some readily available ice in the office. Initially it was a great machine. Loved using it. Very easy to use and worked really well for about 11.5 months. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. It would not make ice at all. I unplugged and cleaned it thoroughly and it started to work again, for about a week. Then crapped out again. At this point, it was just inside MFG warranty but couldn't get free time to got to the store until about 4 weeks later. The store doesn't have any mechanism to repair the ice maker and no suggestions on how to repair it. What a waste of money and material. Pretty sure it's a quick fix somewhere but they don't even offer a solution for repair. Would not recommend. And do not recommend buying for Best Buy.

Ice maker is great to prepare a lot of ice before a party. Give yourself ample time as it does take awhile to do a big batch. I like how I always have ice at hand and don’t have to worry about a tray spilling all over the freezer

I like making ice to keep in the freezer for cold drink during the summer. I do wish the ice did not melt so quickly as it sits in the basket prior to removal.

This ice maker is great. It’s a little pricey but it works well and I haven’t had any issues. If they could somehow magically keep the ice cold like a freezer too that would be cool. But this is a must have if you drink beverages all the time.

This ice machine works fine. It makes ice just as advertised. The only problem I have found is that it is quite a bit louder than previous machines I have been around. But I got this one on clearance and saved $50. 00 so there's that.

Bought this ice maker for my family so we can store additional ice for the summer. The build is solid and it does everything described. My only nic pick is turnaround time as it can be a little slow if you're in a pinch. If you're not time crunched, this is a good purchase.

This was a gift for my husband. Our ice maker in the freezer is slow so we decided to get this. It is a bit loud when making/dropping the ice but overall a good machine. There are different settings and we leave it running always. We fill it maybe once a week. Great product!

I purchased this ice maker because my fridge in my outdated apartment didn’t come with one. I must say I’m impressed. It makes ice easy. You will have to purchase a ice bucket because you can’t store the ice plus they’re small so it melts pretty fast. Very easy to use.

Was purchased as a gift for my mother. She uses it daily. As long as you use bottled water & let air dry out often it will do exactly what it should. Had no problems with this yet.

This device does what it’s built for but it just takes a bit longer to produce the ice than we’d anticipated. It’s an affordable product though. Didn’t break the bank. Guess you get what you pay for.

I absolutely love, love my ice maker! Have never had any issues and its constantly on making ice. My kids love having it especially in the hot summer days. I would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for a reliable ice icemaker.

I bought it when my refrigerator ice maker broke down. This thing is great. It's a slow but steady performer, putting out ice "bullets" that are perfect for cold drinks. If it lasts, I will be entirely satisfied.

Really good product and works flawless, downside its doesnt last long, had mine for a year and half and it stopped making ice. Other then that works good

This particular ice maker replaced a larger one we purchased from Costco over a decade ago. Although smaller, it does the job, although my significant other wishes it had more capacity. I think that it is the perfect size for the kitchen, as ice makers in most refrigerators are problematic.

This was a gift and has not been used yet. If it works as good as it looks, I may buy one for myself. In the hot Texas summers, it's good to have quickly available ice.

Great value for the right price if you live in an apartment that doesn't have an ice maker in the fridge and don't want to take up too much counter space.
