Use the Ice Maker for Backup when we have Friends over for Dinner. The Ice Basket could be design a litter better as it only gets about 2 thirds full before filling up due to the full sensor shutting down do to the ICE building up next to the SENSOR!

Works well for us, we make ice and dump into our bin in freezer (since ice maker on fridge went out) like the pellet type ice

Slow as molasses to make ice so plug it in a good 90 minutes BEFORE you need it - but then every machine like this is pretty slow. Budget in ice machine cleaner ($20 year). Works great otherwise - no complaints.

This is one of our family’s favorite appliances. Works great keeps up and do not have to worry with water lines and leaks. A great product

Great ice maker for my whiskey bar. The nugget ice is great for those who like to chew on ice. Very soft, hollow pellets. Two ice sizes available, but not a big difference between the size options.

It does the "job" my ice maker in my refrigerator died and did not want to spend the money to replace The ice cubes are small (no matter what size you chose) and they have to be immediately placed in the freezer since the machine does not have a freezing/storage part so if you dont they start to melt. Plus the cubes are a bit wet when you freeze them and they stick together as they freeze

I like the slim size but didn’t give it 5 stars because the ice melts really quick so there is never ice when you need some.

I had not one but 2 of these ice machines break. I’m so frustrated. I love the machine but I’m really annoyed that the same piece keeps breaking off!!!

Easy to use. Holds about 32 ounces of water. Can keep you busy emptying the full ice basket and ice starts melting quickly while in basket.

I really like my ice maker. It’s convenient, especially since I don’t have an ice maker in my freezer. Ice is clear on the small setting only. Overall … I’m happy with my purchase

I wish directions came with the product. It says the machine can make 2 sizes of ice, but cannot make it do that

In all fairness this item was Exceedingly pleasant. The only reason why I am not awarding it 5 stars as because, I have been trying to add the insurance online to protect my investment and still have not been able to.

Smaller than my last one and doesnt make as much at a time however it works well. The large ice setting still comes out smaller than I wanted but its been nice having ice without trays. Great for those with little counter space.

Perfect for what the product is. This is not “Sonic” ice that other much more expensive machines provide. But it gets the job done: making typical ice.

This is a good icemaker. It does make ice quickly (small cubes) the only drawback is that the cubes aren't hard frozen, but it does the job. We bought it because our refrigerator space isn't plumbed for water and we were buying ice in bags before this.

This ice maker was easy to setup. It would be nice if it kept the ice cold. Instead the ice melts in the holding container and is recycled to make more ice.

Used it for days straight. Good machine. A little slower because of hotter temperatures at home, but it isn’t the ice maker’s fault.

Works great but make sure you get the insurance on it this is our third one . Our first one stoped working after awhile took it back no hassle gave us a new one .
