Had to return it because it didn't work for what we needed it for.

Nice compact machine

Have in an office setting and it works without issue for a bunch of people. Like the style of ice cubes too. Auto shut off is a nice feature.

Works great we make ice and put the ice in the freezer storage bin and use the ice dispenser to get ice.

Be aware that it doesn't make tons of ice right away, but if you can allow time, it makes plenty.

Started making odd noises and stopped making ice. Let it sit for 24 hours empty and unplugged to make sure something had not frozen up. Nope; it is dead. Bought in December of 23' Died in March of 24' Hooray cheap geek squad protection! Recommend getting the extra warranty.

Size is small and compact, doesn't take up to much counter space. Amount of ice it makes is about right for 1 person. A little louder that our last one, but the sensors seem to work better on this one.

My whole family enjoys the convenience of having ice available all day. You just have to remember to empty the tray and make sure the water level is high enough.
