The first time it didn't make ice and the second time it stop sucking up the water into the reservoir.

Thought it would be great gift so they would have cocktail instead of buying bags. They told me they had tried one s few years ago but the ice was to small & melted to quick & watered down drinks. They gave it back to me unopened for me to return.
