After I went on YouTube to see why it’s not making ice I seen other people reviews of how to fix it and they only had theirs for 1 year ! Sad thing this bad doesn’t stand behind their product appliance you have to replace yearly!

Dead in 14 months. But excellent while it worked!

Right after the warranty expired. Go figure! Vary sad because we all relied it on constantly! Probably won't buy again without a warranty.

Not worth it.

I had no issues for the first year then randomly 1 day the plastic that’s hold the water up to make the ice cubes snapped. Not sure why, there was no ice in it at the time but it just broke.

Pump died in two months so that was disappointing. The ice falling into the storage bucket can be loud and annoying since it is running constantly

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It starts out making tons of ice cubes and after a couple months it takes almost an hour for the first batch of ice cubes. We clean it all the time and it'll help speed up the process for about a week and then back to an hour to make a batch. When I say batch I mean one cycle of ice cubes which is 8 ice cubes. Look for another one with better reviews. Also make sure you buy the warranty on it. It's been 2 years and 2 months and now it doesn't work at all. I strongly suggest you DONT BUY THIS ITEM!!!

Requires constant attention. Ice reservoir fills up 20% - 30% then shuts off because ice piles up & machine thinks its full, push ice out of the way, will run some more till blocked again. Makes loud squeaking noise

Not Worth it

I couldn’t get a full tray of ice because the ice would melt, so it was a big circle all day. The machine didn’t keep ice cold, only made the ice. So u have to put ice in freezer but then the ice would freeze together in the freezer and then u have a big chunk of ice. Over all not worth it. I returned it and just bought a bag of ice.
