    Stopped working after 1 year. For what it costs, this shouldnt be a yearly purchase. Didnt even last the whole year either, was stored for a couple months.

    Followed the instructions to a T but this piece of junk only crapped out about a dozen ice cubes in nearly an hour's time. Unplugged unit, went through the same process. Same result. I knew I was taking a risk with Best Buy's low-budget Insignia brand, but I've actually had luck with their televisions in the past. Will exchange for a Frigidaire model, which is only twenty bucks more!

    Disappointed doesn't begin to cover it

    It arrived January 2021. I didn't open the box and it's out for the first time until the end of April. I moved at the end of May. It was cleaned and packed. Plugged it back in about a month ago. It worked the first week. Then it started leaking water everywhere, and no longer makes ice obviously. I would've been better off buying bags of ice as needed. A high price to pay for convenient ice a handful of times. I didn't think to check for a warranty until today. Unfortunately, it expired less than two weeks ago.

    Faulty "full ice bin sensor"

    The "full ice bin sensor" keeps turning off and it keeps making ice until it overflows. It will work for a little while if I unplug it then plug it back in. I regret this purchase

    Well it lasted about a year and a half and was decent but very noisy when running so my thoughts would be to get a better model or name brand in the future.

    Works great until it doesn't. It died less than a month after buying. I bought an other and got the protection plan.

    It’s slow to start and doesn’t keep the 9 pieces of ice frozen so you have to keep jumping up every few minutes to empty it into your freezer. Not worth the money

    When I received my item it looked as if it had been used. It was very dirty on the outside and had long strands of hair in the inside.

    DO NOT BUY….garbage Received this package and the box was damaged (wet). When I finally opened box, turns out the wet stuff must’ve been Freon because the unit does not work at all. Customer service said too bad you’re outside your 60 days so you’re stuck with this piece of junk. I inquired about the manufacturer’s warranty and customer service said they could not help me….have a nice day….unbelievable Insignia is a Best Buy product so this is ridiculous.

    It’s worth it for a small bar but when it comes to making ice you have to continually watch it and continually put water if you want to make a lot of ice...

    It's a good ice machine when it works it makes a lot of noise and I bought probably 5 of them they work for a few months and they Brake

    This purchase did not work out for me. The first one I purchased it did not work. I took it back to the store to exchange it that one didn't work at that point I just requested a refund.

    This thing is super inconsistent. It's constantly freezing up and stops making ice. So some days we have ice and other days we don't. Honestly I suggest looking elsewhere.

    Easy to set up but I didn't like it because the bucket sat in the water where the file line was. That wouldn't work for me

    Makes ice very slow. This is aggravating because I have to make it extremely early in order to have ice for dinner. I would not recommend.

    Works great until your warranty expires. I bought this ice machine in June of 2020 and it worked great for the entire year. The warranty is now up and it no longer makes ice.

    This was my second ice maker and same brand and it broke twice. I wouldn’t get another one at all
