Is there some way to make it colder? Also is it common during a cycle to have a cube or 2 not fully formed? I've run cleaning cycles and out of ideas

I don't like the fact that it does not keep the cubes frozen and if you don't transfer the cubes to the freezer, they melt and it's making the same ice over and over. It's not bad for the money.

This icemaker is very efficient and does exactly what it says it will and what i need it to do. I definitely do not miss having to fill up ice trays all the time and wait for that or having to replace ice trays all the time either.
