Hoping the 2nd one works better then the first one

Broke down and stop picking up. I had to return it and got a new one. Hopefully it was just the one i had and it's not the vacuum brand it self.

Red, green… then back to red

The head of the vacuum is consistently red vs green both on carpet mode and hardwood floor mode. Have tried cleaning the head several times and I’ll get green for two second and then back to red… when the head doesn’t spin it also makes the entire vacuum more difficult to move around. Considering taking back for a new vac but dont know which to choose. This one really seemed like a good pick with all the right features. It’s unfortunate that i am having al these issues for such a hyped up vacuum
