Have always purchased HP products. Bought this printer because the next model up was out of stock. Does not have some of the features I had w/previous OJ6970, like USB slot, which I found very useful. Paper tray appears to be very thin plastic and can be difficult to open to refill paper.

The features, the easy setup, the ink program, which saves me from going the store to replace it. All of those things made me know I made the right purchase choice.

I have really enjoyed this printer. Easy access to ink replacement, quiet and I really like the paper tray that holds the printed page and doesn't just shoot it out.

As with any device of this nature, the proof as they say is in the pudding. My old HP lasted for years and performed admirably. I am not certain about this one, and my biggest concern is that to use it fully it is necessary to use HP Smart. HP Smart seems to be much more complicated than necessary, but it may play well with those who are more interested in "tech" than practicality.

This has been a great addition to my business. I have used it to go paperless with my files and have been more than pleased. I am very happy with the purchase.

I like that this printer has a document feeder enabling me to scan or copy multi-page documents. Easy setup and operation.So far it works perfectly.

Easy to operate and pretty good speed. Cole cartridges are easy to install.

This printer is very easy to get started the instructions are very simple and it works real good. The copies printed are very sharp.

Very nice All-in-one unit. It works as expected. Some set up issues were easily worked out. I hope it lasts as long as my Envy 110 did.

So far so good. Had to replace a Brother that we had for over 10 years. I'm a copier tech and impressed with the hp+ smart ink features. I just wish you could set up scan to email or folder stuff directly on the printer. Instead you have to use the app. Only 4 stars because some of the features aren't native to the printer but rather the app. And it's loud.

it is to slow to print. you have to wait for 5 min when it prints..

HP is the only printer I will use now. I like the fact of the ink program and the printer is a solid unit. I can print from my phone Or laptop anywhere .

I highly recommend the - OfficeJet Pro 8025 Printer, It provides clear copies, whether one or twenty one.

I am not a techy, nor do I understand a lot of PC instructions. This was easy to set up. Easy to use.

I love this model. I can print from my phone from anywhere in the house. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a good dependable printer.
