Not easy to install

HP went out of its way to make it difficult to use 3rd party ink cartridges. It was past the 14-day return policy so I gave the printer away and bought an Epson.

The worst experience I have had with a printer.

This printer was purchased for my aunt in Dec 2023 and has been unreliable with connection issues and the touch screen locking up. I spent hours with the tech support (who were great) in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue only to have the touch screen lock up numerous times forcing reboots and retries. I eventually gave up and have accepted this as a loss of hours and money. Just to give some background, I have been building IT systems and software for a living for almost 20 years.

Good printer, especially for the money
