    I returned the first HP I ordered because it didn't have a feeder and it wasn't touch screen. Really awful. This one seems to be okay. It's far from great but it does it's job....so far.

    This printer looks good but that's where it ends. I like HP products and their instant ink. I have the 8720 in my office and works great. This one has completely different (less) features and I've experienced issues technically with it from day one. Currently, it isn't aligned properly after complete multiple alignments and is cutting off pages both when copied and printed from PC. Support has been completely awful through HP, which makes me regret so much so buying this one.

    This product has been hard to set up. I had to get a professional IT person to connect it to my work computer. It's really noisy and kind of clunky. If you're looking for something smaller, keep looking.
