    Nice simple controls, dries well and evenly, though seems a little slow on larger items. Good value for money. I paid for Best Buy installation, which included a bunch of additional connectors that were not needed, install is basically connecting a simple O-ring with a screwdriver, and the delivery team were not really a value-add.

    I love the high capacity of this dryer but every time I use the sensor dry, my heavier items come out damp, almost wet and I have to use the timed dry to completely dry my items. Very disappointing.

    After losing our 10-year-old dryer after the motherboard and wires melted we were forced to purchase something quickly. The research indicated that this LG model dryer was highly rated with great customer satisfaction. So far we would agree that it is easy to operate and efficiently dries our clothes.

    For the 1st month or 2 it dried the clothes so perfectly. The passed 2 months it has not been as consistent. There are some loads I have to add time too. Now that it's winter the loads have been bigger and heavier. The bedding cycle works great. I don't have to keep reloading to get bedding dry.

    Had the dryer for about a month now. It was time for a new one. So far, it's great. Easy to understand the operating modes. Opens side to side, not top to bottom. Install crew was great.
