    Door is not reversible, which defies the specifications on the website so that's disappointing because that was needed for our purpose. Dryer works well otherwise.

    The washers a little noisy compared to my last LG. But it cleans clothes like its supposed to. It just a normal wash.

    I’ve been using this dryer for six months, and unfortunately, it has stopped working properly due to an overly sensitive moisture sensor. The sensor frequently malfunctions and stops the drying process prematurely. I’ve cleaned it thoroughly multiple times, but the issue persists. At this point, doing laundry has become extremely frustrating and time-consuming

      The issue you're encountering with the moisture sensor prematurely ending cycles can often be attributed to residue buildup on the sensor bars. Even with regular cleaning, certain fabric softeners and dryer sheets can leave a film that's not easily removed with standard methods. We recommend gently cleaning the moisture sensor bars using a fine-grit sandpaper or a green Scotch-Brite pad to ensure all residues are eliminated. ​

      Additionally, it's important to consider the size and composition of your laundry loads. Smaller loads or items made of similar materials can sometimes dry unevenly, leading the sensor to misread moisture levels. For such loads, using the manual timed dry setting can provide more consistent results. ​

    Loud with a heavy vibration felt through the whole house. And it could not be installed because the tubing was too stiff, so it stuck way away from the wall. The BB techs took the tubing with them and said they refunded that and the installation, and the unit was returned the next day. But I am still waiting weeks later for the full refund on the vent tube and install that never happened.

      For this model, one helpful step is to ensure the dryer is leveled properly using the adjustable legs at the bottom. An unlevel installation can cause excessive vibration and noise throughout the house. Additionally, when replacing the vent tubing, make sure to use a flexible UL‑listed vent hose that allows the dryer to sit closer to the wall without strain.
