    Love my new Apple Desktop! I have realized just how out of date my old one was compared to the new one. Love the screen saver that changes, so the picture never gets old.

    To begin with, my name is not Lisa. You have my account mixed up with another customer. The iMac is great. The other item you sold me had to be returned because it did not work with an Apple product. If you are going to sell Apple products, your sales staff has to learn more about Apple.

    Excellent purchase and excellent service. The sales lady was one of the best I have ever had. She guided me through the entire purchase and service appointment. I needed all of that.

    I consider there are some features we have to change such as the lock key is so useful when kids are present, but it is a dilemma when you are trying to see the screen while typing and you fail locking the screen, instead. Should be at least an option in the setting panel to disable this key. Also, this is an old one, it should be better for us to customize the color of the folders, instead of the boring blu ones every time.

    I have always loved iMacs in the past and this new one is no different .it would be nice to have the cd drive on it . But a person can buy an external drive love it thanks guys!

    This is my second iMac and I'm pleased with it. A few things are slightly different, and I do wish it had 4 USB ports as the older model did, but an adapter/dock allows me to use my add-ons. I'm glad I bought it - plus the green color is a soft teal and is really pretty.
