    Easy to set up and very powerful. Shipping was fast and came straight to our house. With Best Buy Total Tech we get Apple Care as well.

    Fantastic, much better than my last iMac which I purchased at Best Buy in 2015. Many up grades and short cuts. The Retna 4.5 K is outstanding, love it.

    I originally had a 21" iMac and it was time for a replacement. This new iMac 24" is the difference of night and day. Only negative I had was I should have purchased it sooner.

    I have only had this product for a few days, so I have yet to discover all that it can do. I need a lot of storage because I have collected genealogy information on nearly 700 members of our family tree. I also have inventory lists for a myriad of collectible items. Add a self-made animated film, etc, etc. This product has what I need or will need!

    Do not like the keyboard--it is too small and I thought I ordered the large keyboard but apparently that did not go through. There should be a start-up manual included in the package.Ne

    iMacs! They are just reliable to pass up. I had an older mac that lasted 10 years. Unfortunately my old one died. This new one took its place. Different ports and looks but I am already used to it.

    It was easy to install. We are in our 60s and not real tech savvy so the fact that all we had to do is plug in a few things and everything was done and good to go.

    Beautiful computer!! Only downfall is the two micro ports in the back. You will need to buy a separate adapter to use USB and micro sd cards
