I’m very pleased with my purchase. It is a purchase that should have been made several years ago.

This new computer is a delight. There is much for me to learn about it. But, progress is being made. My old Mac was more than 10 years old. And served me well. But the added features combined with my aging memory has, for me, been a bit of a challenge. Personal help from the Geek Squad has helped me sort things. My Geek Squad Rep was truly amazing. Very impressive. Off to a good start. But, I bet a month from now I will be routinely using my new iMAC for functions not yet imagined. To date a very positive experience. Tom in Georgia

It was very easy to transfer data from my old mac to my new because of losded apps on each. Macs tend to be consistent use,looks and quality

Purchased this to replace my old MacBook Pro. Love the bigger screen as both my husband and I are 65. It is so much faster and efficient than our old computer also. The price is set by Apple, I know, so that is the only reason it was 4 starts. But Best Buy has no control over that.

I love my computer . It is pretty slow at times even though I work off of a hard drive. But it’s a big difference from a laptop

I previously owned a MacBook Pro. It's a learning curve with the iMac, but I like it. I have been retired for eleven years now, so I didn't another MacBook Pro.

i have owned a Apple IMAC for 13 years, this my second and I choose to go to Best Buy rather than Apple store which was the best chose ever, great service and coverage warranty.

Great workaday choice. The pink is a fun touch and I have no complaints with the hardware. It can be a little glitchy downloading but that could be my server.

This iMac replaces our 11 year old iMac. Nice large screen with great picture. Hopefully it will be problem free like our old one.

Probably my favorite purchase from here . I am such a fan of anything Apple and this has not disappointed! The new M1 Mac works wonder in every are that I use it for. Best Buy did a great job in delivering it to me as well . So glad I purchased this !
