This was perfect. I can tilt it to either side or up or down. Exactly what I need. Fast delivery too!

The bolts that came with the mount were too long for the TV's built-in nut slots, so I had to use those plastic tubes to fit the mount. I has a little swing to left/right and top/bottom.

One complaint is getting to the bottom screw to hold the TV in place is hard. It fits too tight to the wall to reach in there, but it is not really necessary.

But most of it's movement is for you to be able to swivel side to side and very little up and down tilt. The hardware that is included is pretty good but are not long enough for my TV. I guess you get what you pay for.
