Ive owned eufy for the past 3-4 years. I went with this product in 2023. It is better built, but taller than the eufy. Not bad as this one doesn’t get stuck. I’m happy with my purchase.

Purchased this IRobot as a Christmas gift for my step mother. She loves the simplicity of it, and the fact that it is Wifi capable. The fact that my Dad was able to connect it on his own speaks to how simple the start-up process truly is. Mind you, this man had a flip-phone up until about 2 years ago. LOL To my understanding she hasn't experienced any malfunctions or issues since using the product, and is very happy with her gift.

Nice budget bot. I turn it on when I leave the house so I can come home to clean vinyl floors. You’ll have to save it from “cliffs” sometimes but it’s not a bother. Cleans up average carpet and floor dust and messes really well.

(Let me be fair by sharing upfront that I bought my Roomba to replace a Eufy brand smart vacuum.) Smart vacuums are a great way to keep a house clean while ideally maintaining a work or relaxation schedule in your busy day. This vacuum does not allow you to have those. It is clunky, uncoordinated, loud, abrasive, and not very good at its job. I have a mixture of wood flooring, carpet, and a somewhat shaggy rug in my home along with 2 cats who have a well used litterbox. The vacuum scurries along loudly grabbing all it can, and to be fair it does okay when vacuuming the wood flooring, but it doesnt even try to climb surfaces that are barely higher than a flat surface - meaning it struggles to transition from my wood flooring to the carpet or rugs. Yikes! On top of that, it will SCREAM at you, spouting off error codes and woes of its life being stuck on a half inch cliff anytime it percieves it is stuck. Finally, the 3-armed brush that is meant to spin dust and litter into the vacuum is worthless. It is made of paperlike silicone, and mine tore itself to shreds within a week. Plus, it hardly even accurately returned to the charging station. I mean it would park itself, but wouldn’t always align properly and thus wouldn’t charge. The only reason I didn’t return this product is because I figured the damaged brush wouldn’t allow me to. Very sad my money went down the drain. The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because if this vacuum was actually able to get on carpet, it didn’t do a terrible job. I’ll end this review by saying again that before owning this product I had an entry level Eufy smart vacuum and it was much much much much better.

I had to return it because it doesn’t work for a big place. It doesn’t cover the entire home. But if you have a smaller place you should try it. It has good suction and picks up dirt easily.

We use this to keep the house at a standard cleanliness level in between major cleaning days. Every time It goes it lasts for about an hour and it always has a lot of dirt and dust in the waste container so I assume it is working well. It is a little loud so you might want to operate it either while you are not at home or just be respectful of others in your house who might was silence at the time. You cant really go wrong with this.

I love this!!! Has made my life so much easier. I love coming home to clean floors. My family decided to call her Mrs. Doubtfire, she’s my favorite family member lol.

Works great! So easy to use and it makes cleaning a lot easier!

I can start it from the comfort of my room. Every morning, I make my coffee sit in my spot to check my emails and go into the IRobot app. Its programed to vacuum everything all i have to do is touch the screen and away it goes. One less thing for me to worry about.

Honest review, we’ll it’s good but I feel like I have to babysit so it won’t get stuck ;) I use it every now and then. I couldn’t get it to sync with my phone at all, and I’m really good with technology. So no, I don’t use the app. Manually for me ;)

I don't know why I ever thought these were dumb. Has greatly reduced our cleaning time and quality of life. Only reason not 5 stars is that it can get stuck on stuff in the house a bit easy. But not bad.

I bought this with open box and it was like brand new. I don't like that the newer models don't have a handle to lift the roomba. My previous model did have this feature and it's difficult for me to lift from the floor for emptying and cleaning. I can vacuum with my Dyson but this does find additional dust and dirt somehow.

Very helpful for senior adults, set the wifi timer pick up larg objects and the sweeper cleans your home after it's completed empty your dirt compartment and your ready for the next day. Vary easy to clean dirt out of sweeper. That's it

Well, I really didn’t know how or what my wife would think of this Item.. I’ve heard her talk about others she knew that have one!! But she was thoroughly tickled with it! She’s even given it a name “Rosie” she’s had fun , we both have watching it clean. And been really surprised at what it picks up! We were really surprised at what our normal cleaning leaves behind.. so we give it a thumbs up! Worth the money!

For its size it is a good deal. It gets up a decent amount of dirt/dust. My only complaint is that it is very noisy. Other than that I enjoy this vacuum and use it every day.

Cleaning is great but extremely low tec for 2024. I had a great Hoover Quest 1000 "Paulie 1"that was over 6 years old that was much better however Hoover never offered replacement filters, brushes. Im on the fence about keeping "Paulie2" or returning. Every cleaning it gets stuck but it was cheap & cleans well in a simple environment. Paulie 2 bang's the furniture like a drunken sailor, Paulie 1 was terrific.

Works well and does a pretty good cleaning job. The price isn't too bad either.

Unlike my old shark unit you need to purchase item to divert unit, whereas the shark supplies a magnetic barrier. Also, it has a 50/50 chance of returning to its base. It does do a better cleaning cycle.

This is a great vacuum. It really helps around the house in having the floors really clean. We don't have to sweep any more just use the iRobot and the floors are clean and feels great to walk around the house barefoot. My family is really happy with it. I've also persuaded my family to buy one.

This is a good robot vacuum. I am happy with how it cleans my carpets. Works well in kitchen on laminate and under toe kick, Cleans well along edges of baseboards.
