An excellent, economical solution

And there are devices like wireless keyboards and mice that just need a charging port. I have a Stream Deck that needs a powered USB connection but, again, is low speed. Bottom line: there aren't enough USB 2.0 ports on a computer for these miscellaneous uses, and I need the USB 3.x ports for high bitrate uses. This powered USB hub is the perfect solution. It's great for charging phones, mice, etc., it can sit conveniently on the desktop within easy reach (no more digging around under the desk!), and it only uses a single port on the computer.

With 7 ports you can plug in everything you could possible need. We love this. It is a great product!

A longer cable was delivering enough voltage to power the keyboard. I didn't need that many ports but I guess it never hurts to have more.

It works well and has enabled me to connect more USB devices than my laptop allows. My laptop has only two USB ports. The technical staff at my University recommended this product.

No problems and a seamless installation. Just plug it in. Being powered was important. My computer power supply could not accommodate all the devices I plug in. The powered hub here solved that.
