    This printer has been very dissapointing to say the lease, it's suppose to be a wireless printer yet it will not print anything. Print jobs stay on queu and never print; if connected via usb then it will print. The ink usage is horrible, it will print 15 photos in one normal ink catridge. 27 photos in a high yield ink catridge which very poor. Getting to print from your phone is a horrible experience as well, spent a week trying to get it to print from my phone; wouldn't print. I don't recommend this printer at all, very dissapointing!

    Hard to see the button description for copy scan print etc. should have been made in different color than the white printer color. Prints good and fast easy to set up for wireless only con is the buttons and there is no off or on button that I have found.

    Needed a new printer because my old one died and it is essential that I have a printer for professional and personal reasons. Had to scramble to find something comparable and in stock to purchase and suitable for my particular needs. Well this model definitely fits the bill, easy setup, only 2 ink cartridges as opposed to 4 with the previous model and a superior ink cartridge replacement program that delivers directly to me based on my usage. Smooth consistent operation as well. I approve this endorsement of your product.

    printer was fine but great anguish caused by really crappy software. Too bad that HP cant hire good programmers for this could be great printer. Thinking indian low bidder stuff involved in this mess.
