Set up is super easy great quality prints. I haven't tried photos but works great for my schooling.

On time delivery. Easy to install the ink cartridges. Size is just right, doesn't occupy too much space on my table. Nice and presentable color of the machine. I ordered paper for pictures and haven’t tried using paper and the machine to print pictures

Once in awhile I have a problem trying to print but of course I haven’t had it that long. Once I get to knowing how to use it I will be ok.

I bought this printer to replace an older HP envy All-in-1 that served us well and lasted many Years. But this model is a poor alternative. It is Wifi ONLY, it has a USB port with a sticker over it to let you know its disabled. Every Print Job i have submitted initially reports an error, then after it sits for 5 Minutes the job goes ahead and Prints. Most of the time. The device frequently disconnects from Wifi, and requires a reset (Tiny button on the back) in order to reconnect. I thought about connecting it just with the good old reliable USB, but wait it doesn't have a working USB port. Also this model does not have any kind of display so if you want to know anything about whats going on. you must Print out a report... Useless if the printer won't print for some reason. I purchasing a replacement already for this Printer after only few Months.

I purchased it my old hp printer the model was not made any longer and thought this one was a great deal, read all instructions and I can't even shut down the printer, everything is white and can't see the what the buttons are for. A total mess my fault for choosing this model.....

Printer is good. Needed to have Hp's help to finish setup. Computer a must for some functions. Information on Printer Lacking. Over all well. Walt Sommers.

Senior needed Geek Squad help setting up with new computer, but like clean, simple look and enclosed paper tray to keep cat at bay!

best but salesman recommended; with geek squad assistance, found out printing problem was the need for more ink! But I still need to find out how to scan.

This is the best printer! My first experience with a wireless printer and I love it!!! The price was perfect, too!
