Its a head scratcher when it’s not connecting and annoying when I have to print something fast. I do I love how compact it is so I can store it into my tv cabinet without looking cluttered.

It was tricky to get on my wifi system and I had to connect it with a USB cable in order to print from my host computer. Overall, I'd recommend it if you want a cheap printer that can do the job with your patience.

I was tired of dealing with it, saw this printer on sale, and decided to grab it. The setup was a breeze, my four teenagers can print pictures to it in a snap, and the HP Instant Ink subscription is a God send so I don't have to run out and hunt down ink at 10pm when my kids remember they have a project due the next day. It prints quickly, clearly, and quietly. The lights and little tune it plays are cute features too.

For some reason, one of our two computers keeps getting an offline message and cannot print to this device. It's annoying and as a result, we have to keep our old Canon printer which is very reliable. Always works

For the first week, however, with each print I made the printer also printed out the alignment test sheet. Could not figure out why this was happening but it did stop printing this page with every print job sent to the printer.

Great little printer for General use

Sometimes has issues with connecting to my mobile device and has to be restarted, but other than that, great print quality, and many helpful tools on the accompanying software.

It'll say that it's printed when it hasn't been and sometimes I have to go into settings and play around with it to get it to work. But - when it does actually do it's job - the print s wonderful. Guess I just have to get used to it.

I like the design and size, it fit well into my desk. The only issue I have is the fact that I have to constantly unplug the printer because it dose not connect to the network or looses connection to my Wi-Fi all the time. I can print something and by the time I am ready to print something else the printer shows offline and I have to unplug it because the power button no longer works either.
