The printer works pretty good but sometimes take a bit to connect. Did not like that I had to purchase the ink subscription and when I didn't, my printer didn't work until I purchased my own ink. I couldn't even finish using the ink the printer came with.

I do like the printer itself. It prints fast and clearly. I gave it 4 stars because when I went to connect to the wifi the printer was not listed in the drop down box. I had to pay the Geek Squad to come to the house to get it up and running.

Set up was super easy and printer is working great. Love how clear and clean the print is.

It’s compact size fits my limited space. It’s very easy to use.

This is a nice printer, but if it is turned off more than a day, it has to be re-programed, set up again. I’ve had to call HP twice, spending about an hour each time. This is inconvenient and I’ve never heard that you can’t turn a printer off more than 24 hour without having to set up again. During hurricane season I guess we will have to re-set up every time we have to turn it off or lose power for more than 24 hours. They advised me if this continues, I may want to return it to Best Buy for exchange. However, the print is nice and fast and price is right.

This printer is exactly what I needed. Simple, easy to use, good quality.

Great for direct USB connection to computer, avoiding address changes that go along with wireless connection. HP won't let it work properly unless you download their app. Once you do it's fine. Slow printing though, so best for light usage. Must go online to find out what error messages mean.

Great product! Easy to set up and use! That's a plus for someone like me who's not real tech savvy. It's quiet and prints clear pages.

Like every other printer, this one works when it feels like it. You have to have the same Wi-Fi connected in order to print. It doesn't hold a lot of paper so I'm constantly having to fill it even though I print about 1 page a month. You cannot print in black and white even if the entire document is black and white with one tiny bit of color. It will come out completely blank. It's nice to look at but that's really all it has going for it.

Easy to set up. Nice looking. Can print on both sides of paper. Quiet and perfect size! Very happy with this purchase!

Printer is easy to set up and the quality has been good. 3 stars is due to the constant noise, almost a squeal that continues while on. If it wasn’t for the noise it would have my vote.

Great printer for household printing and school. Got have been usuing for about a month and a half now. The starter carteidges don’t have a lot of ink at all expect to but it very soon. Ink is reasonable. Printer is very user friendly ESPICALLY WITH THE APP I love it!

My one big gripe about the new printers these days is how when they disconnect from your network you have to disconnect it from your PC/ HO smart app. Also: instant ink is a great deal! Never have to go buy more stuff because they just ship it right to me now. I do sometimes have problems with the printer itself and the cartridges not being “acceptable” but overall great printer.

This printer makes good copies and easy to use with a reasonable price.
