The printer was reasonably easy to set up, and to sync with our phones, iPads, and laptop. It prints nice and clean. Pretty pleased with this product.

pretty decent printer for doing school work. I don’t use the wireless print much so I turn off wifi when not in use with a button in the back. doesn’t have a screen but I have the app on my phone and I let it communicate with the printer with wifi only when I’m updating stats on the app so it knows when to send me ink. 4 months of free ink is awesome. cheapest printer that can double side print. no frills simple printer with a flatbed scanner ,probably not great for photos. connecting wireless can be finicky because there’s a few ways u can do it but once u get your preferred method down it should be good. U might have to wirelessly print very close to it especially if ur household has a lot of devices on your network. will update review if it craps out suddenly. Hope not.

Good printer for home use. Excellent print as well as graphics. Somewhat slow in initial response. Does two sided very well. Just what I need for home use. Was somewhat difficult to initially set up, but OK once I figured it out. Do not care for the button push function - prefer the older touch screen method instead.

Good enough printer for the price. We had a 5000 series that was stellar for nearly 4 years, but needed to find something quick for some light printing. This one literally has bells and whistles (no joke), but the set up process was a little tedious, and it seems to print best through HP's own app rather than through the device itself. They still haven't been able to make printers that are easy to use - all these years later. But it looks nice and it works just fine so far

Printer has good ink life and compact for small spaces. Inexpensive and good quality printing, although connecting to wifi is not as simple if the printer had a display to walk through the set up.

This printer was fairly easy to set up. You'll need to download the app on your phone first. I love being able to print documents from my phone - even when I'm on a different floor than the printer. I also purchased a printer cable so I can print from my computer when not connected to the internet. My only complaint is that there's no tray to catch the paper when printed and it falls to the floor.

It was a tad intimidating to install the software as it was all done through an app. I initially had a problem installing it with the app on my phone, so I downloaded the app to my tablet and it easily installed the printer. I also now have the app on my laptop and can print from my smartphone, tablet, and laptop. However, there's no control panel on the printer itself, so I have to use my smartphone, tablet, or laptop to do anything on the printer whereas on my old hp printer, I could copy or scan directly from the control panel on the printer. I couldn't print an envelope through my Hallmark program as it would always jam, but I can through my Microsoft Word program. I have also printed photos, and they look good. Overall, I am satisfied with this printer.
