    My previous HP printer lasted thru 2 computers, which means I've had it for over 10 years. It was so old I was having trouble finding replacement ink cartridges locally. This HP printer fit right in. I researched HP printers on the web before I headed to the store. The web price was right in my range then I was lucky enough to catch it on sale. It is the perfect printer for home use. It sits on my computer desk just above my keyboard right next to my monitor. I buy HP products because thru the years they have never let me down.

    The printer works fine with my laptop which is connected wirelessly, but I have not been able to connect my desktop which is hardwired to the internet and hardwired to the printer

    Does what it says it will. It has gone to sleep on me sometimes and shows offline. I have to figure out why this happens. I love the small footprint and features for the price. I do have to say it is a good budget printer!
